Nerdbeak, Inc. ("Nerdbeak," "we," "us," or "our") operates Cliqket, the technology platform behind marketplaces, storefronts, dashboards, checkout flows, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). Independent Operators run many of the marketplaces powered by Cliqket and may identify additional technologies in their own notices.

The Services are operated from and primarily serve users in the United States. You can control cookies through browser settings and any controls presented in the Services.

1. What Are Cookies

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They help websites remember your preferences, understand how you use the site, keep you signed in, and improve your experience. Similar technologies include pixels, web beacons, local storage, and device identifiers.

2. Necessary Cookies

Necessary cookies are required to provide the Services or remember a choice you requested. They enable:

• Authentication and session management
• Security features, fraud prevention, and abuse detection
• Shopping cart, checkout, and marketplace transaction flows
• Account, dashboard, and operator-console access

You cannot disable Necessary cookies through our consent control without affecting core functionality.

3. Optional Analytics

Analytics is off until you choose to accept it on the host you are visiting. If accepted, we use Google Analytics, Vercel Analytics, and Cliqket's anonymous visitor measurement to understand traffic, deduplicate listing and profile views, measure performance, and improve product decisions.

Vercel Analytics is cookieless, but we still keep it disabled when Analytics is rejected. Google Analytics and Cliqket's visitor measurement may use the cookies listed below. Logged-in and anonymous listing or profile views are not recorded without Analytics consent.

4. Your Choices

Accepting and rejecting Analytics take the same number of steps. We remember either choice for six months and ask again when the consent policy version changes. You can withdraw consent at any time using Cookie settings in the footer.

Consent is host-only. A choice made on cliqket.com is not shared with a marketplace subdomain or an Operator's custom domain. Withdrawing Analytics stops optional tracking, removes Cliqket and Google Analytics cookies available to that host, and reloads the page when necessary to remove code that already loaded.

5. Service Providers

Supabase supports authentication, and Stripe supports payment processing and fraud prevention. Their Necessary technologies may operate when you use those features. Google Analytics and Vercel Analytics operate only after Analytics consent.

These providers process data under their own terms and privacy notices. Operators cannot add arbitrary tracking scripts to the Cliqket runtime; future analytics integrations must be added to our technology registry and consent gate.

6. Browser Controls

Your browser can also block or delete cookies. Browser-wide blocking may affect authentication, checkout, dashboard access, and other core functionality. Our Cookie settings control is the direct way to accept, reject, or withdraw Optional Analytics on the current host.

7. Updates to This Policy

We may update this Cookie Policy as our practices, services, or technology change. Updates will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
