Shipping Policy

Effective March 3, 2026

Last updated July 14, 2026

This Shipping Policy applies to physical goods sold through marketplaces powered by Cliqket. The Seller ships the order and is responsible for packaging, carrier selection, tracking, delivery terms, and shipping-related customer service. The marketplace Operator may publish additional shipping rules.

1. Shipping Availability

Available destinations, carriers, methods, prices, and delivery estimates are set by the Seller or Operator and shown in the listing or checkout. A Seller must not accept an order it cannot lawfully and reliably deliver.

2. Handling Time

Sellers must ship within the handling time shown to the Buyer. If no handling time is shown, the Seller should ship within two business days after payment is confirmed. The Seller must promptly tell the Buyer and Operator about a material delay.

3. Tracking and Proof of Delivery

Sellers should use trackable delivery and upload valid tracking as soon as an order ships. A marketplace may require tracking, signature confirmation, insurance, or another form of delivery evidence based on value, risk, or category. Orders without adequate evidence may be harder to protect in a dispute.

4. Packaging

Sellers must use packaging reasonably suited to the item, carrier, distance, and value. At minimum:

  • Protect items from bending, impact, moisture, and movement
  • Use rigid protection for cards, art, prints, and paper goods
  • Use padding and an appropriately sized box for fragile goods
  • Follow carrier rules for hazardous, regulated, oversized, or high-value shipments
  • Use signature confirmation or insurance when required by the marketplace or reasonably appropriate

5. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are set by the Seller, Operator, or configured checkout rules and shown before purchase. Sellers may not demand an undisclosed shipping payment after checkout. Promotions, combined shipping, local pickup, and calculated rates are governed by the terms shown to the Buyer.

6. Loss, Damage, and Delivery Disputes

Buyers should report loss, damage, or material delivery problems through the applicable marketplace as soon as reasonably possible and provide photos or other evidence when available. Sellers must cooperate with carrier claims and marketplace dispute review.

Responsibility for loss and damage is determined by the transaction terms, carrier evidence, applicable marketplace rules, and law. A delivery scan does not override rights that cannot legally be waived. See our Seller Policy for additional Seller responsibilities.

7. Returns

Return eligibility, return shipping, restocking charges, and refund timing are governed by the terms shown in the listing or marketplace and applicable law. A Seller must not use a marketplace policy to avoid a mandatory consumer remedy.
