Shipping Policy

Nerdbeak, Inc. operates Cliqket, marketplaces powered by Cliqket, and related marketplace services. This Shipping Policy applies to physical-goods transactions on supported marketplaces and storefronts.
1. Shipping Coverage
Our marketplace platforms currently support U.S. shipping for most physical-goods transactions unless a specific marketplace or seller states otherwise. International shipping may be made available on select marketplaces in the future.
2. Handling Time
Sellers must ship items within the handling time displayed on the listing, order, or marketplace. If no handling time is shown, sellers should ship within two business days after payment is confirmed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.
3. Tracking Required
Shipments should include valid tracking where supported by the carrier. Tracking must be uploaded to the platform promptly after shipment. Supported carriers may include USPS, UPS, FedEx, and other major carriers.
Orders without tracking may be harder to protect or resolve if a dispute occurs.
4. Packaging Standards
Items must be packaged securely to prevent damage during transit. Category-specific guidelines include:
- Trading cards: Use sleeves, top loaders or card savers, team bags, and rigid mailers or small boxes.
- Graded slabs: Wrap in protective material and ship in an appropriately sized box with padding.
- Collectibles and toys: Use bubble wrap or other protective padding to prevent movement and impact.
- Art and prints: Use rigid mailers, tubes, sleeves, or boxes appropriate to the size and medium.
- Fragile items: Double-box or use extra padding when needed.
5. High-Value Orders
Orders valued at $250 or more may require signature confirmation, insurance, or additional packaging protection. Sellers who skip reasonable protection for high-value shipments may assume additional risk if a non-receipt or damage claim is filed.
6. Risk of Loss
Risk of loss generally transfers from seller to buyer upon delivery confirmation by the carrier. For signature-required shipments, risk transfers upon signature confirmation.
7. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are set by the seller, marketplace, or checkout rules at the time of listing or purchase. Some marketplaces may offer calculated shipping rates, free-shipping promotions, bundled shipping, or custom shipping rules.
8. Lost and Damaged Packages
If a package appears lost in transit, the buyer should open a dispute or contact support through the applicable marketplace. If a package arrives damaged, the buyer should document the damage with photos promptly.
