Seller Policy

Nerdbeak, Inc. operates Cliqket, marketplaces powered by Cliqket, and related marketplace services. This Seller Policy applies to marketplaces and storefronts on our Services that support seller accounts, listings, payments, and fulfillment.
1. Seller Eligibility
To sell through our Services, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction
- Complete required identity, tax, and payout onboarding
- Connect a valid payout account when required
- Provide accurate business, account, and contact information
- Keep your account in good standing
2. Listing Standards
All listings must accurately represent what is being sold.
- Descriptions must be clear, honest, and not misleading
- Photos must show the actual item, ticket, service, or offer where practical
- Condition, grading, version, dates, quantities, and availability must be accurate
- Categories, tags, and keywords must be relevant
- Pricing must not be deceptive or artificially manipulated
Prohibited Items and Activity
The following are prohibited unless expressly permitted in writing:
- Counterfeit, replica, bootleg, stolen, or illegally obtained goods
- Recalled, unsafe, or regulated goods we do not support
- Weapons, ammunition, explosives, or illegal substances
- Listings that violate law, platform rules, or third-party rights
- Fraud, misrepresentation, abuse, or attempts to bypass platform fees
3. Ownership and Authenticity
You must own or have the legal right to sell every item, ticket, or service you list. You are responsible for authenticity, provenance, condition, availability, and any claims you make in a listing.
Misrepresenting authenticity, origin, condition, grading, dates, availability, or rights may result in listing removal, refund, suspension, or termination.
4. Fulfillment and Shipping
Sellers are expected to fulfill orders promptly and professionally.
- Ship physical goods within the timeline shown on the listing or marketplace
- Use secure packaging appropriate for the item category
- Provide tracking where required
- Honor event, booking, ticket, or appointment terms you publish
- Communicate quickly if an order cannot be fulfilled as promised

5. Fees and Payouts
- Platform, marketplace, payment, or seller fees may apply as disclosed
- Payouts are processed through supported payment providers such as Stripe
- Payout timing depends on provider status, risk review, and applicable holds
- Fees may be non-refundable after a transaction is completed
- Sellers are responsible for their own tax obligations unless otherwise stated
6. Risk of Loss
For shipped physical goods, risk of loss generally remains with the seller until delivery is confirmed by the carrier. If tracking shows delivery, the seller has generally fulfilled the shipping obligation. High-value shipments may require signature confirmation or insurance.
7. Returns, Refunds, and Disputes
- Item Not As Described claims are reviewed case by case
- Confirmed misrepresentation may require return, refund, or other remedy
- Auction, event, booking, digital, and custom-order refund rules may differ by marketplace
- We may mediate disputes, reverse transactions, or restrict accounts when needed
Sellers should keep records, images, shipment receipts, and messages related to each transaction.
8. Account Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate seller access for:
- Fraud, abuse, or illegal activity
- Repeated fulfillment failures or unresolved disputes
- Counterfeit, prohibited, or misrepresented listings
- Attempts to circumvent platform fees or payment rails
- Violations of this Seller Policy, our Terms, or marketplace-specific rules
