("Nerdbeak," "we," "us," or "our") operates Cliqket and marketplaces, storefronts, dashboards, checkout flows, content tools, community tools, and AI-assisted features powered by Cliqket (collectively, the "Services"). Payment processing may be handled by Stripe or other supported payment providers. We do not store full payment card numbers or bank account credentials on our servers. Payment providers may collect and process financial, identity, tax, fraud-prevention, and payout information under their own privacy policies.

4. AI Processing

Cliqket uses AI-assisted features to help draft marketplaces, page copy, listing content, category structures, pricing suggestions, operational workflows, support triage, moderation signals, and recommendations.

Information you submit may be processed by AI model providers or infrastructure providers acting on our behalf. We use this processing to provide and improve the Services. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated output before publishing or relying on it.

We use cookies and similar technologies for authentication, security, checkout, preferences, analytics, and performance. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect account access, checkout, dashboards, and other core features.

• Marketplace participants: Buyers, sellers, operators, admins, and other users where needed to complete transactions or operate marketplace features.

• Marketplace operators: Operators may receive information about their marketplace, sellers, buyers, orders, events, support issues, and performance.
• Legal and safety recipients: We may disclose information if required by law, legal process, payment-network rules, fraud prevention, safety, or platform integrity.

Transaction, payout, tax, compliance, and fraud-prevention records may be retained longer where required or appropriate.
