Privacy Policy

Nerdbeak, Inc. ("Nerdbeak," "we," "us," or "our") operates Cliqket, the technology platform behind marketplaces, storefronts, checkout flows, dashboards, content, community, and agent features (collectively, the "Services"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information through the Services.

A third-party marketplace operator may also collect and use information through its marketplace. Its privacy notice may apply in addition to this Policy.

1. Our Role

Nerdbeak determines how personal information is used for Cliqket accounts, platform security, fraud prevention, billing, product operation, analytics, support, legal compliance, and improvement of the Services.

When we process marketplace customer, Seller, order, or imported data solely to provide the Services for a third-party Operator, the Operator determines the business purpose and Cliqket acts as its service provider or processor. Questions about an Operator's own practices should be directed to that Operator.

2. Information We Collect

Information You Provide

• Name, email, username, password, avatar, profile, and contact information
• Business, marketplace, Seller, tax, identity-verification, and payout information
• Payment, billing, shipping, booking, ticketing, and checkout information
• Listings, images, files, page copy, prompts, messages, posts, reviews, support requests, and other content
• Account choices and records showing when and how you accepted our Terms or acknowledged this Policy

Information Collected Automatically

• Device, browser, IP address, and approximate location
• Log data, referring pages, pages viewed, searches, clicks, feature activity, and timestamps
• Marketplace health, Seller activity, orders, conversion, and other operational metrics
• Cookies, local storage, pixels, and similar technologies

Information From Other Sources

We may receive information from Operators, Sellers, Buyers, payment and authentication providers, analytics and infrastructure providers, integration partners, public sources, and other users. Operators may import existing customer, listing, transaction, property, content, or account records when moving a marketplace to Cliqket.

3. Payments and Financial Information

Stripe or another supported provider processes payments and payouts. We do not store full payment-card numbers or bank-account credentials on our servers. Providers may collect financial, identity, tax, fraud-prevention, and payout information under their own policies. We may receive transaction details, account status, payout status, and limited identifying information needed to operate the Services.

4. How We Use Information

We use personal information to:

• Provide, operate, secure, support, and improve the Services
• Create and manage accounts, marketplaces, shops, listings, dashboards, communities, and permissions
• Process transactions, payouts, refunds, disputes, taxes, and fraud checks
• Migrate and organize marketplace data at an Operator's direction
• Send authentication, transaction, account, order, safety, and support communications
• Provide marketing communications where permitted; you can unsubscribe from marketing at any time
• Measure performance, marketplace health, product quality, and usage
• Detect and respond to fraud, abuse, security incidents, policy violations, and legal requests
• Provide agent and automated features

5. Agent and Automated Processing

Cliqket uses agents and automated systems to research, draft, publish, organize, recommend, monitor, communicate, support, moderate, and operate configured marketplace workflows. These systems may process account, content, listing, transaction, performance, and communication data to perform the requested work.

Model and infrastructure providers may process information on our behalf to deliver these features. Do not submit sensitive information to a prompt or workflow unless it is needed for the task and you have the right to provide it.

6. Cookies and Similar Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies for authentication, security, checkout, preferences, analytics, and performance. Browser controls can limit cookies, but doing so may break account, checkout, dashboard, or other core features. See our Cookie Policy for details.

Because there is no uniform standard for browser Do Not Track signals, the Services do not currently respond to them. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

7. How We Disclose Information

We may disclose information to:

• Marketplace participants: Operators, Sellers, Buyers, admins, and other users when needed to provide a feature or complete a transaction.
• Operators: An Operator may access information about its marketplace, users, Sellers, offers, orders, support issues, and performance.
• Service providers: Payment, hosting, storage, analytics, authentication, email, messaging, support, shipping, security, and model providers that help us deliver the Services.
• Legal and safety recipients: Courts, regulators, law enforcement, payment networks, or others when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, and platform integrity.
• Business transaction recipients: Parties involved in a financing, merger, acquisition, restructuring, bankruptcy, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate safeguards.

8. Public and Shared Content

Marketplace pages, listings, profiles, community posts, comments, reviews, and other content may be public or shared with marketplace participants. Do not publish information you do not want visible in that context.

9. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including encryption in transit, authentication, access controls, monitoring, and security review. No transmission or storage method is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Retention

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Services, follow Operator instructions, secure the platform, comply with legal, tax, accounting, and payment obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Transaction, payout, tax, audit, acceptance, compliance, and fraud-prevention records may be kept longer where required or reasonably necessary.

11. Your Choices and Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or obtain a copy of personal information. You may unsubscribe from marketing messages while continuing to receive transactional or account notices.

12. United States State Privacy Disclosures

Residents of states with applicable privacy laws may have rights to know, access, correct, delete, or obtain personal information and to appeal certain decisions. We do not sell personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not discriminate against a person for exercising an applicable privacy right.

13. International Users

The Services are operated from the United States. Information may be transferred to and processed in the United States and other countries where our providers operate. Those countries may have different data protection laws than your location.

14. Children

Cliqket accounts are intended for adults. The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information so we can review and delete it where required.

15. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy as our Services or practices change. We will post the revised version and date and provide additional notice where required by law.
